Welcome to the Reems Creek Home Owners Association Web SiteThank you for visiting the Reems Creek Home Owners Association website. We are located in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, within the city limits of the charming small town of Weaverville. The community is about 12 minutes north of the mountain city of Asheville, NC. Click the video at the lower left to see a video about our neighborhood. Our development has 248 lots of which there are currently 186 private single family homes built. Homes sit on the slopes of picturesque Reems Creek Valley at an elevation of about 2,350 feet. We surround the Reems Creek Golf Club, a privately owned, public golf club. Use of the Golf Club and its facilities is optional for lot and home owners of our community. The HOA's purpose is to preserve the natural charm of the community; protect lot owners and residents in accordance with our Covenants & Restrictions; preserve the value of lots and homes; and to further social interaction by members of the community. |
